I would like to thank Core Orthopedics, especially Dr. Kuesis, for their care and support. In June (2019) I biked the MS Tour de Farms thanks to their treatment and support. While my intention was to ride 75 miles, high winds which existed over the last 20 miles cut my ride short to 56 miles. I had lived with knee pain for as long as I can remember. I was unable to compete in sports when I was in high school due to the pain I would experience after I would run any kind of distance. I was told these were growing pains. After I stopped growing, the pain continued. I tried several treatment methods which provided minimal results. Several years ago I took up bicycling with my wife. I remember when I felt a 15 mile ride was an accomplishment. But after those rides I would experience pain and stiffness in my knees. I turned to Core Orthopedics for treatment. With their treatment the pain subsided and I was able to extend my rides to longer and longer distances. After the first treatment I still remember the day I turned to my wife and said, “For the first time in my life I have not thought about my knees all day.” At the start of the 2018 biking season I remember experiencing pain and stiffness after a 30 mile ride. With more rides the pain and stiffness was reduced. Eventually I completed a 69 mile ride and rode over 1000 miles for the season! With Core’s continued treatment I have been pain and stiffness free for 2019 having completed over 700 miles thus far. This will put me on track to achieve another 1000+ mile season. Thanks to Core Orthopedics I am able to enjoy riding with my wife and at the same time we are improving our health as we ride together. I had almost given up on a pain free life before I turned to Dr. Kuesis. I am sincerely happy I gave treatment one more shot.

Last Fall, we met again, spoke briefly telling me my Arthritis was "a lot worse". I came looking at Stem Cell. Dr. Kuesis suggested I consider PRP, and I did it. Unless I abuse my knee, I am much better than before, months later. Thank you! We also talked about water skiing, and the need for wearing gloves to get up as we get older, and losing a few pounds around the belly. I could not get up last year on skis. This year I did!
