Support Animal Policy: CORE Orthopedics & Sports Medicine welcomes ADA defined service animals to join patients in the office and physical therapy (but not in sterile environments including procedure rooms, etc). However, CORE Orthopedics & Sports Medicine cannot extend the same invitation to emotional support, comfort, or therapy animals that do not meet the ADA definition of service animal. Please do not bring your emotional support or therapy animals into the office and for your animal’s safety, please do not lock them in your car during your appointment. For patient’s that are negatively affected by a service animal in our office (allergies, fear, etc), please advise reception and we will do our best to move you into a room away from the animal.
