COVID-19 Update March 2021

We want to thank ALL the amazing essential workers who have supported our communities in all aspects during this global pandemic. CORE Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is considered an essential business and we are here for patients who have any orthopedic pain or injury. For those patients needing surgical intervention, our physicians are performing surgical procedures.

As always, your safety is our main priority during your visit to our practice. CORE continues to follow the CDC and IDPH recommendations. Sanitation has always and continues to be a top priority, and high-traffic areas, exam rooms, and equipment are cleaned frequently.

Our hours are 7 am – 7 pm Monday through Thursday, 7 am – 5 pm Friday, and 7 am – 11 am Saturday. We also offer telehealth appointments.

All patients and staff will have their temperatures taken upon arrival and are asked to wear a mask when entering our facility. If you have recently traveled outside of the country, please call our office for guidelines.

We encourage patients to fill out all paperwork prior to coming to the visit to decrease contact. Our staff is happy to assist if needed.

We have taken proper measures to ensure social distancing within our practice, but you have the option to stay in your car if preferred. If so, we ask that you text our office upon arrival to start your check-in process. Our Elk Grove Village location can be reached at 847-212-8332 and our Hoffman Estates location can be reached at 847-243-3340.

Finally, we are asking patients to bring no more than one visitor to their appointment.
