Self Pay Patients

Self Pay patients, please note that we do provide a discount for patients who have no insurance coverage. A deposit (of cash or credit, no checks) is required at first visit, and continual payment thereafter at each visit if applicable. Please call for our payment policy. Please note that the collection of deposit is just that a deposit for services that will be rendered. Charges may exceed the deposit and would then be billed to patient after visit and treatment.
